Our Easter began as it has the last few years with the Easter Eggstravaganza at our church. We love our church and this is one of the best activities it does all year. There are egg hunts for every age and tons of other games and activities, plus a balloon drop. This year Parker and Emma Jane decided to try and be brave and get in the middle of a room of about 300 kids for the balloon drop. They were literally almost crushed which caused massive amounts of crying but fortunately even in my very pregnant state I was able to grab hold of the hoods of their jackets and yank them out of the middle of a bunch of kids all trying to get a balloon. Afterwards they informed me they would not stand in the middle next year.
After church, we had the 7th annual Easter at the Broges with our wonderful St. Louis family. This is our favorite hosting event and everyone always has a good time. It even warmed up so we could go outside in the afternoon. It was a wonderful day that we were very thankful for.
P.S. 13 Days until Baby Boy Broge's scheduled arrival.

Hannah Kate's egg hunt. All she wanted was the candy in the eggs. She could have cared less about the eggs themselves. |

The "giant bunny". Parker and Emma Jane thought he was great. Hannah Kate clung to us for dear life. |

Getting ready to run. It was also freezing cold! |
